Trymo Mail-to-Drive
Trymo Mail-to-Drive is a private workflow automation service that files email attachments into Google Drive on behalf of the account owner who authorises it. It is operated by Plaftik for a limited number of named business clients and is not offered to the general public.
What it does
- Monitors an authorised Gmail mailbox for incoming messages that match agreed criteria.
- Reads the content and attachments of those messages to extract identifying details (for example a client reference, project name or date).
- Creates a corresponding folder structure in the authorised Google Drive account.
- Uploads the attachments into the matching folder and marks the source message as processed.
Google account access
The service runs on a self-hosted n8n instance and accesses Google services only through the official Gmail and Google Drive APIs, using OAuth 2.0 authorisation granted explicitly by the account owner. Access can be withdrawn by the account owner at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
