Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms govern use of Trymo Mail-to-Drive, provided by Plaftik to named business clients under a separate written engagement. The Service is not offered to the general public and no right of use arises without such an engagement.
2. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are authorised to grant access to the Google Account you connect.
- You will not use the Service unlawfully or in breach of Google's terms.
- You remain responsible for the content of the mailbox and Drive account you connect.
3. Availability
The Service runs on self-hosted infrastructure and depends on Google's APIs. It is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability unless a service level is agreed in writing.
4. Data
Handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plaftik's liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Plaftik is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data where you have not maintained independent backups.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the written agreement. You may revoke Google access at any time, which terminates the Service's operation immediately.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
